Unlocked Phone

I just talk to my friend on the Phone this morning and she is kind of mad with her current telephone provider because her signal always cuts off all the time. I think she really needs to look for a way to improve her telephone. I think it would be a great idea to have a unlocked phone so that she will be able to use it in anywhere she goes because she traveled a lot. So that next time when she called me during her travels we wont always be cut off.
