Would you believe that I almost jump for joy when I found a milk fish “bangus” when we went to the Asian market last weekend? I really have been craving for sinigang na bangus ever since I got here in the US. Honestly this is my first time to find a milk fish here in the US. Sinigang na bangus is one of my favorite filipino dishes and i was really happy that I finally had it. Since the fish was really big I divided it so that I can cook it twice. My husband doesn’t like the fish at all because it has too many bones, but he really like the soup and the veggies. Tell you what I really pig out myself, imagine I am the only one who eat most of it with a big plate of rice “big grin”.

okay, i don’t like the milk fish, because even if we choose the boneless one i could still feel there’s a tiny winy bones in it.. i would rather it fried than sinigang, but i can sip the soup.. yummy
